Heart Rate Obsessed
So I’ve always worked out and ate relatively healthy. However, my weight never changed and I was at a standstill. Fast forward 9 months and I’ve lost 25 pounds, I’m in the best shape of my life, and I feel amazing. One of the things I changed that has played a huge part in my transformation is a heart rate monitor. I started with the #fitbit charge watch that has a heart rate sensor on the back, then I joined #ornagetheory and got their wireless heart rate monitor band for your chest, and then I upgraded my Apple Watch which has a new sensor on the back. I am #OBSESSED with tracking my heart rate because I found that before I was not pushing myself nearly as hard as I could be...never mind how much I LOVE watching how many calories I’ve burned. So if you’re at a standstill in your workouts and feel like your not really getting much from them...you GOTTA GET IT. All of these get the job done. I like to switch them up time to time. I may even wear my Fitbit to bed while I charge my #applewatch so I can track my sleep 🙈🤣...At end of the day the strap for chest is the most accurate, but only tracks for a selected workout..unlike the Fitbit and Apple Watch that will track all day activity. So go get one.
