Clean It Up.
Did you know many protein powders contain toxins like lead and arsenic 😳.... even more so in the organic ones!! I recently got a new one from Whole Foods thinking I was in good hands...NOPE. It got one of the worst ratings when I checked it @cleanlabelproject. Thankfully, I was able to find this 👆🏼 (plant based/dairy free 🙌🏼) through their site. I feel drastically better knowing something I ingest daily isn’t filled with chemicals (and happens to taste delicious too)!
