Movement Break
Have a kid that needs to get out some aggression or energy, be stimulated, release some anxiety, or just needs to move their body?! Well you need this. I got this for one of my boys that builds up a lot of anger/emotion and needs some kind of release. I have him go on it throughout the day and he uses it as a tool when he gets upset. This video was taken when we were visiting the cape because I literally take it everywhere we go. It technically folds up but I think it’s a little hard to do personally. But would be worth it to bring on long road trip etc. I thought I would share because this will be a good tool to use during online learning. We will definitely be needing constant movement breaks over here. You should take some too and try it out.
